To whom it may concern,
I had the pleasure of working with Bill Parkerson, regarding the sale of my home. I have known Bill for many years, and he has always been attentive, reliable and a trustworthy person. I was in need of a realtor and knew that I could depend on Bill to help me get my home sold and get the questions I needed answered. I felt comfortable knowing that any question that I asked would be answered to the best of his ability. Bill came into our home and made suggestions to help with the sale of the house and offered to bring in an outside agency to help stage the home. The professional pictures that were taken of the inside and outside of the home were of good quality.
The sale of the house was quick, efficient, and not stressful as we needed the house sold within weeks and the sale occurred within weeks without any hiccups. We understood that during the period that the house was on the market, we would have to be willing to negotiate different offers and Bill was there to do the negotiating and offering for us, this made life easy as we had other responsibilities to attend to. Bill was a lifesaver in a very stressful situation and made this process easy for everyone involved. Since the sale of our home, I have referred other individuals who were in need of a realtor, to Bill.
